A longtime friend and advocate for public schools, Dave understands the importance of education and how it can be the ticket to a great life for our children. Stronger schools mean stronger communities! As State Representative, Dave has fought to secure more money for Southern Illinois schools. Dave has also stood up to JB Pritzker’s out of control mandates and Executive Order that have negatively impacted the educational experience of young children in Illinois.
